I started my career as a virtual assistant in the creative industry. While supporting small business owners create and define their brand, I also helped them design digital assets to help grow their business online. I soon realized how much support it takes for projects to go from idea to execution. And even though each business and project was unique, the support they needed was often the same.

I have a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ball State University and a certification in Winning on Purpose – CX and NPS Fundamentals from Bain & Company. 

I am proficient in communication, creative problem solving, and self-management, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and solutions. 

My mission is to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for my clients, and to continuously learn and grow professionally in creative design, customer service and strategic business development.
